Become a 2026 Washington GIS Conference Sponsor

The Washington GIS Conference will be held at the Meydenbauer Center in Bellevue, WA

Conference sponsors are a crucial component to our annual conference success. Please take part in our 31st annual conference in support of our esteemed community of GIS professionals.

Your $1,000 booth sponsorship includes: 

  • One full conference registration for access to all track sessions and all meals
  • 6-foot exhibitor table with 2 chairs, electricity and Wi-Fi
  • Option to present in a track session (first come, first serve)
  • Participation in our Exhibitor Passport program designed to drive attendees to visit your exhibitor table
  • Wednesday evening Sponsor social with appetizers and beverages
  • Option to host a "Discussion Topic" table
  • Recognition on our conference website and during the opening session
  • Pre-event (two weeks prior) and post-event attendee lists with email addresses
  • Annual WAGISA Business Sponsorship, which includes:
    1. Your logo, company description, and link to your website will be included on the main WAGISA website for the next 12 months
    2. Ability to contribute a blog article to WAGISA's Summit Scoop blog

Don't need a table? $500 option: 

If you don't want a table, you can become a conference sponsor for $500. This option includes all booth sponsorship benefits except the table and no option to present in a track session. 

Can't be at the conference this year?

$175 option:

If you are unable to attend the conference this year, please consider supporting WAGISA by becoming or renewing your WAGISA Business Sponsorship for $175. 


Sponsor Exhibit Hours:

  • Set up: Tuesday, May 19 8 am-5 pm, Wednesday, May 20 7-9 am
  • Exhibit Hours: Wednesday, May 20 9 am-6:30 pm (sponsor social is 4:30-6:30 pm), Thursday, May 21 8 am-1:30 pm
  • Tear down: Thursday, May 21 1:30-4 pm


Sponsor Registration Steps: 

  1. Navigate to the 2026 Washington GIS Conference Sponsor Registration Page. Login or create a new account and follow the steps through payment confirmation. Please be prepared to upload your logo and company description. 
  2. If your business would like to present at the conference, please submit your abstract as early as possible, preferably by March 27. 

Our sponsorship committee will contact you within five business days of signing up with additional details and next steps.
