A Two-Day event was held in Spokane, Washington on November 7 & 8, 2016 in classrooms and auditorium of the EWU (WSU) Downtown

The conference had four half day workshops, 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon on Monday with time for Special interest groups discussion as a bridge to Dinner at Luigi's. On Tuesday, the meetings were held in the auditorium with Lightening Talks and a presentation from ESRI was given about program developments.
