The Washington GIS Conference will be held at the University of Washington Tacoma Campus again this year.

Conference sponsors are a crucial component to our annual conference success. Please take part in our 30th annual conference in support of our great community of GIS professionals. 

• One full conference registration pass for access to all track sessions and all meals; 6-foot exhibitor table with 2 chairs.
• Option to present in a track session (first-come, first-serve).
• Updated Exhibitor Passport program designed to drive attendees to your exhibit table.
• Wednesday evening sponsor social with appetizers and beverages.
• Recognition on our conference website and during the opening session.
• Your logo, company description, and link to your website will be included on the main WAGISA website for the next 12 months.
• Pre-event (two weeks before conference) and post-event attendee list with email addresses.
• Ability to contribute a blog article to WAGISA's Summit Scoop blog.
• Annual WAGISA Business Sponsorship is included.

Don’t need a table? Be a conference sponsor for $450. This option Includes everything listed above except for an exhibitor table and there is no option to present in a track session. 

Can't be at the conference this year but want to support WAGISA? Consider becoming or renewing your WAGISA Business Sponsorship for $175.

NEW for 2025! Looking for more connection with conference attendees? Sponsor a coffee break for $150! Your sponsorship includes signage at the table, recognition during the plenary session and on the conference website. There are 4 breaks available to sponsor: 

1. Tuesday, June 17 morning coffee break - coffee, tea, lemonade
2. Tuesday, June 17 afternoon coffee break - coffee, tea, lemonade, cookies or pastries
3. Wednesday, June 18 morning coffee break - coffee, tea, lemonade
4. Wednesday, June 18 afternoon coffee break - coffee, tea, lemonade, cookies or pastries

• Tuesday, June 16, 9 am - 6 pm (4:30 - 6 pm is sponsor social)
• Wednesday, June 17, 8 am - 1:30 pm

2. If your business would like to present at the conference, please submit your abstract at your earliest convenience.
3. Our sponsorship committee will contact you within three business days of signing up with further information and next steps.
