Join your GIS colleagues to share the knowledge and experience we have gained in implementing Esri’s ArcGIS Enterprise Portal within our organizations.  This event is geared toward anyone who has already implemented the software, is considering doing so, or is anywhere in between. 

Topics will include updates on progress from a variety of organizations in Washington State, lessons learned along the way, discussions of tools used to administer the software and content, and opportunities to share ideas and seek advice from each other.  Many of you attended WGGL’s first Portal Summit, held in 2020.  We expect Portal Summit 2022 to be just as exciting and informative as the previous event.  We hope to see you there!

These presentations and panel discussions are planned:

  • Updates from Kent, King County, Seattle, Snohomish County, and Tacoma on Progress Made Since Our 2020 event
  • Lessons Learned, 'Gotcha's', and Challenges Implementing the Portal
  • Portal Architecture at Various Scales
  • Tools for Monitoring Portal Performance, for Data Management, and for User Management
  • Review of answers to Questionnaire filled out by attendees
Technology Requirements:
1. Participants must have a Zoom account to attend this virtual event. (Free Account, work account, etc.)
2. Please register using the same email address as your zoom account to ensure access to the event.
Cancellation Policy:
1. Cancelled registrations must be received in writing (via email) at least 10 business days before the event for a refund of original payment made, minus a $10 cancellation processing fee.
2. Cancelled registrations received after 10 business days prior to the start of the event will not get refunded but a credit will be applied to a future WAGISA conferences and/or events within the following 12 months.
3. Registrations can be transferred to another person within the registered person’s organization.
4. There will be no refund for registered attendees who do not attend the event (no-shows).
