LET'S UP YOUR GAME
There are so many ways to participate in the conference!
Would you like to show off your business to 300 GIS professionals? We invite you to be an exhibitor at the conference! You'll have booth space, a chance to present about your business in the exhibitor technology presentation track, access to all the sessions at the conference, and opportunities to make your logo visible at the conference and all year long in the Summit Newsletter.
The conference is a labor of love and hard work! More hands make it more fun for everyone. Do you want to work behind the scenes while you learn the lay of the land? We've got those kind of jobs. Want to stand out and be seen? We've got those kind of jobs too!
Whether you're an introvert or an extrovert, we love your help and your dedication to the profession. Step up your participation and join us in making this 2023 conference the best one yet! Plus, volunteers get a discounted rate to the conference.
And, did you know participating on a conference committee could earn you GISP points?
Fill out the form below or contact our volunteer lead at email@example.com to discuss ways in which you can participate.
WAGISA is accepting submissions for 30-, 60-, and 90-minute presentations from individuals and groups.
User presentations are what make the WA GIS Conference great and unique every year. We encourage you to share what you've been working on, what you've learned, what worked and what didn't, and your success stories! We think you'll find the audience attentive and appreciative.
All speakers will receive a discounted registration. For more information or to submit an abstract visit our Presentations page.
By the way, did you know that presenting at a conference is worth GISP points? And that supervisors are more likely to approve your attending the conference when you mention that you'll also be representing your agency in a great way at a professional meeting!
This year’s poster presentation showcase will provide the opportunity to share and exhibit your creative talents, inspire your peers and potentially earn some cash in the process!

You know who we are talking about. That person that exudes professionalism, grace, and a get-it-done-with-a-smile attitude. Well you may know them, but we want to know them too! If someone popped into your mind while you were reading that, we think you might want to nominate them for the Summit Award. It recognizes "highest contribution to the Washington GIS Community".
