We have two levels of sponsorship. Sponsorship benefits extend for the calendar year, and need to be renewed to be considered active. Renewals start in December for the following year. An active business sponsorship is required in order to participate as an exhibitor at the annual Washington GIS Conference. 

Level 1: Business Sponsor Benefits:

• Cost: $150 annually for January-December sponsorship
• Includes WAGISA membership for one business individual
• 1/4 page business ad in 4 issues of the WAGISA  Summit E-Newsletter (published 3-4 times per year, circulation 2,000 contacts)
• 250 word article (e.g., case study, topic of expertise) in one issue of the Summit Newsletter
• Company logo and business description included on our website and in the Summit Newsletter's “Supporting Sponsors" pages
• Logo displayed and recognition given at the beginning of all WAGISA-sponsored conferences, trainings and workshops

• Cost: $225 annually for January-December sponsorship
• Full page business ad in 4 issues of the WAURISA Quarterly Summit E-Newsletter (published 3-4 times per year, circulation 2,000 contacts)
• 500 word article (e.g., case study, topic of expertise) in one issue of the Summit Newsletter

Please note that we will adjust our conference exhibitor rates to account for your Business Sponsorship investment.

If you already have a Business Sponsorship account with WAGISA, log into your account and go to the profile tab for your organization. You will see the option to Renew and also to Change Membership level if desired (i.e., upgrade to Business Plus).

We begin accepting renewals in December for the upcoming year. If you are renewing in December your payment will be applied for the following year's membership.

After renewing please contact us to let us know who you would like to assign your free individual membership to so we can update that account. Often the individual membership will be assigned to the company representative who participates in WAGISA events.

WAGISA Business Sponsorships run January-December. They are not pro-rated.  In addition to the benefits listed above, Business Sponsors are eligible to be a Washington GIS Conference exhibitor. Our business community is a fundamental component to the success of the GIS industry in Washington state and WAGISA wouldn’t be here without you. IMPORTANT NOTE: Our membership system requires a unique email address for each membership account. Business Sponsorship accounts need an email address that is different from the email address associated with your individual professional WAGISA membership account. We recommend using a "generic" email address (e.g., info@company.com) that is regularly monitored to establish a WAGISA Business Sponsorship account. We recognize the requirement for two unique email addresses for Business Sponsorship registration may not be feasible in all cases. If you require the use of a single email address for both your Business Sponsorship and professional membership accounts, please contact Vendorsupport@wagisa.org for assistance.
